Device Name

Give this device a friendly name to identify it in the administrator approval email. Names must be unique across all devices.

Appearance

Choose a light or dark color theme for this device.

Login Method

Choose how employees identify themselves on this device. A PIN may still be required either way, depending on the employee.

Stay Logged In

Applies only to Employee Tiles login. For a personal phone or tablet used by one employee all shift, when on, logging in keeps that employee's session active (no 30-second idle timeout, no bounce back to this screen after clocking in/out) until they return to this Home screen. Leave off for a shared walk-up kiosk, where clocking in and walking away is the expected behavior. Enter Username login always stays logged in, regardless of this setting.

Department Filter

Applies only to Employee Tiles login. Show only employees from selected departments. Leave all unchecked to show all employees. Ignored if an Employee Filter is also set.

Employee Filter

Applies only to Employee Tiles login. Show only specific employees on this device — ideal for a personal mobile device or single-user kiosk. When set, this overrides the Department Filter above. Leave all unchecked to show all employees (or use the Department Filter).
